The market for green certificates is growing rapidly. The number of issued certificates grows at 30 to 50% a year. Half of this volume is deliverd to end-consumers.The certificates are mostly Guarantees of Origin. To facilitate this market, RECS International developed standard contracts.

The contract has been developed by the RECS International Users Group, but RECS International is not liable for the use of the contract.

There are two type(s) of contracts. One for a single delivery, i.e. for cases where the RECS certificates or Guarantees of Origin are delivered in one batch. And on for a situation where the delivery takes place in several batches. Here you can find the latest versions of the standard contracts.
